Introducing KYH Nutrition

Meet our owner, Andrea Zapantis. From a young age, her passion for the health and fitness industry bloomed and has only gotten stronger throughout her life. Andrea has worked in the health and fitness industry for over ten years, from running her own Personal Training business to instructing Reformer Pilates classes and most recently, completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health.

 

Her desire to understand this industry on a deeper level has led to the creation of KYH Nutrition. Through education and empowering her clients, she’s able to share how vital Nutritional Medicine is in our society and the long-lasting impact it can have to enhancing your life.

Ingredients

- 1-2 Ripe Avocados

- 1.5 Cups of Hummus

- Sprinkle Sweet Paprika 

Method

Adding the Avocado and Hummus into the blender. Blend until smooth. Once finished sprinkle the paprika 

Serving with veggies sticks of your choice or crackers
