How can we Help? 

Before your initial appointment we will gather a 7 day food diary from you to  assess your diet and see if you are getting enough essential nutrients to support your immune system. If there are gaps, we can alter your diet or supplement if necessary. Some work on your gastrointestinal health may be needed as about 80% of your immune system is located in your gut. 

If you have spoken to your GP about your symptoms you may have access to recent pathology so that we can see if you are at optimal levels rather than “just in range”. If you would prefer to test privately, we can easily arrange pathology for you.
