ON-THE-GO BERRY SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Frozen Berries

- 1.5 Cups Coconut Water 

- 2 Cups Spinach

Optional

- 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder

- Ice - add as you please

Method

Add all the ingredients into blender. Blend until blended to the texture as you please. 

Adding additional Coconut Water to the smoothie to thin it out 

ON-THE-GO DIP

 

Ingredients

- 1-2 Ripe Avocados

- 1.5 Cups of Hummus

- Sprinkle Sweet Paprika 

Method

Adding the Avocado and Hummus into the blender. Blend until smooth. Once finished sprinkle the paprika 

Serving with veggies sticks of your choice or crackers
